Ashley is a creative director and graphic designer who has been practicing professionally since 2012. Her experience includes eight years of apprenticing at an award-winning design studio with a variety of clients, and five years of leading a team of freelancers and in-house designers at a nonprofit.
Ashley sees the value in what others bring to a team and enjoys pushing those around her to lean into their gifts and strengths. She also values hard work and treating the craft of design with respect and attentiveness to detail.
She believes that every opportunity is an open door for thoughtful design solutions. Good design takes time, curiosity, experimenting, and refining. There is beauty in every part of the process, which can be trusted to bring about the best possible solution that solves the heart of the problem at hand.
